Jamie is a captivating author known for her first non-fiction book written in honor of her late brother about his struggles with Borderline Personality Disorder. With a knack for educating readers in a compassionate way, her book keeps readers engaged from beginning to end.
When not writing, she enjoys exploring new places for inspiration.
This book is about a unique human with a personality disorder.
This book is about someone who:
•Was impulsive
•Projected unhealthy emotions

•Had a negative personality
•Lacked empathy
•Lacked self-confidence
•Was oblivious to emotional cues
•Felt socially uncomfortable
•Could not maintain healthy relationships
•Constantly downgraded the success of others
•Thrived on creating conflict
Maybe you can relate in some way?
You are not lazy.
You are not a loser.
You are not a failure.
And stop acting like the world owes YOU a favor!
• Why are you holding back?
• Why do you not believe in yourself?
• What is it you really want?
• Who is standing in your way?
No one is in control of your happiness but you; therefore, you have the power to change anything about yourself or your life that you want to change." - Barbara De Angelis
Warning: This book explores mental issues relating to Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), High Conflict Personality (HCP), addiction disorders, and makes sensitive references to behaviors leading to self-destruction and suicide. There is some foul language used.
An excerpt from my recently completed book titled: “From VIP to RIP” – J.K. Enfield
"Avoidance was an easy way for my brother to insulate himself from possible failure. He avoided so many things that it eventually cost him his life.
Failure is just a hurdle to success. There is no way to achieve success by skipping this scary step. You must choose to overcome the fear of failing and accept that you may fail. Confrontation of tasks, goals, fears - whatever drives you through life, leads to motivational actions and feelings of reward.
How can you possibly succeed if you never know what it is like to fail?
Avoidance behaviors show up in many forms. They often start as a bit of procrastination. Still, they can lead to a devastatingly low point of motivation that may or may not go hand in hand with a heavy dose of addiction (more on the devastation of Procrastaddiciton in Chapter 44).
The thought that you might fail is the worst excuse not to try it at all.
• Confrontation leads to action!
• Confront yourself, NOT others!
• You are not lazy, just distracted!
What do YOU want to accomplish?
